These terms govern your use of tunovix.com and, at a high level, the relationship between SIA
Barstation, operating as Tunovix ("we"), and clients engaging us for AI agent, chatbot, and app
development services. This is a template and should be reviewed by a qualified professional and replaced
with a signed statement of work for any real engagement.

(Registration No. 40203296588, VAT No. LV40203296588).

## Use of this website

Content on this site — including case studies, blog posts, and the free calculators — is provided for
informational purposes. Calculator estimates are illustrative only and not a binding quote; a binding
quote is provided only in a written proposal.

## Project engagements

- Each project is governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work specifying scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms.
- Fixed-scope projects are billed on a milestone schedule agreed in the proposal.
- Retainer engagements are billed monthly and may be paused or cancelled with 30 days' notice unless otherwise agreed.
- Intellectual property in custom-built deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, except for pre-existing tools, libraries, and internal frameworks we retain the right to reuse.

## Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or to attempt to
gain unauthorized access to our systems.

## Warranties & liability

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent
permitted by law, Tunovix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from
use of this site. Specific warranties for delivered project work are set out in the applicable statement
of work.

## Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes
acceptance of the revised terms.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-law
principles.
